I liked the Pupusas here. We got 2 pupusas mixtas, each 1.75 but it may be only on Thursdays. Owners were friendly and courteous.

I dashed in here with like 10 minutes to spare before my work commuter buddy would roll up. The place was busy and i was hungry and thought there's no way they can make me a good burrito in like 5-8 minutes ! So I rolled the dice and ordered muy muy pronto a carne asada burrito con todo para llevar. I stressed" muy muy pronto" and the cooks sprung into action ! I was in and outta' dis' place in under 10 minutes with a delicious soft chewy carne asada burrito ....and they did not forget my salsa on the side! O'rale amigas! Less than a minute from walking out the door my ride pulled up and off we go !!!! Dat' Burrito sho' was good ! Plenty of meat , rice and some beans,, quite filling and I'm sure it'll stick with me . Dat' sho was good .. Sabroso ! Mi corazon es contento y mi estomacho lleno !

Passed by this place for so many years and never tried it but Surprisingly good. Service was a little slow but maybe because we were a big group. Food is good and inexpensive.

I was craving pupusas and saw the quesadilla recommendations. 1 chicharron Pupusa 1 quesadilla frita de hongo The quesadilla was delicious!. Crisp and fried perfect smooth mushrooms and it came with shredded lettuce, cream and queso cotija over. I give it 5 stars. The Pupusa was ok I like mine kind of greasy but it was kinda dry not very moist. Curtido was good and salsa was good. Will deffinitely come back to try a torta next. The ladies were sweet and excellent service.

Hit the spot up after a little date night. Decided to get the quesadilla Frita, damn it was amazing. It's fresh maza de Maiz stuffed with cheese and your choice of meat, I opted for the chorizo con papa. The quesadilla came out piping hot, topped with thinly cut crisp lettuce, queso cotija and sour cream. I asked for their red salsa and drizzled some of that on top and after that I was ready to dig in. The first bite was heavenly. The crust was crispy, yet soft in the middle and all the toppings just made the whole thing amazing. Seriously this place is bomb. If you're thinking about trying la Luna, do yourself the favor and just do it.

Right across from the Soto Metro Goldline Station lies this little gem. I stumbled across it while visiting friends who recently moved to Boyle Heights. They have real fruit and vegetable juices juiced right when ordered. They have combinations listed that describe what they can help with such as stress, skin or cholesterol. All of these juice goodness for $3.50 for a small. Thank you for making healthy juices attainable to everyone in the community! :) They also have food, and by food I mean amazingly delicious food. They have this dish called "Quesadilla Frita" which is a meat and cheese quesadilla fried as the masa turns into a tortilla shell. If you have never heard of it I suggest you make your life happier and try it! They also have an entire menu of delicious plates and good prices. The service is very genuine and friendly. It is very authentic. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone wanting delicious healthy juice and amazing Latin food at good prices.

I was here earlier today. had the huevos a la mexicana; scrambled eggs with beans and rice, corn tortillas and a cup of coffee. it appears to be a one person operation for the cook came to the dining area to take my order. that said the food was ready promptly and it was good. just what I needed on a Friday morning. As I volunteer at the nearby ben franklin library nearby. I will definitely be back for breakfast or lunch.

Great juices and great prices! $3 dollar healthy juices. A great alternative to Juice it up.

Deliciously simple. A wonderfully serene, delightfully tasty dinner. When so many Hispanic places have the jukebox cranked up to 11 it was a nice to enjoy a good meal in peace.
